RML has reported its business performance for 2024. ‘Tait Sathorn 12’ has achieved an incredible 99% sales rate, with ownership transfers surpassing THB 4,050 million (96% of total units). The project is expected to reach 100% ownership transfer by mid-2025. ‘OCC’ is thriving with nearly 80% occupancy, attracting top multinational and local corporations. Plans are also underway for its inclusion in a REIT soon.
