We specialize in software and consulting services tailored for Hotel Revenue Management operations. Our financial matters are managed by a third-party Financial Firm to ensure compliance and efficiency. We are currently seeking a Financial Administrator to manage our day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Generate client invoices using our invoicing system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to facilitate prompt payment.
Oversee the processing of invoice payments, reimbursements, and payroll.
Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of contracts and amendments.
Contribute to the maintenance of an accurate P&L statement, ensuring all revenue and expenses are properly accounted for.
Liaise with our third-party Financial Firm for monthly tax submissions, annual audits, and any other financial matters to maintain the company's financial health.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in accounting in Thailand is essential.
Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Thai.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
