Job Description:
Dhipaya Insurance is seeking a dynamic and experienced HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) Manager to join our HR team. As an HRBP Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership and department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives, drive organizational development, and improve overall employee engagement and performance. You will play a pivotal role in implementing HR policies, managing talent development, and ensuring that Dhipaya Insurance remains a great place to work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and translate them into effective HR strategies.
- Advise and support line managers on employee relations, performance management, and development.
- Lead and drive the talent acquisition process, ensuring the organization attracts top talent.
- Support the design and implementation of employee engagement programs to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage employee development and career progression programs, ensuring continuous learning and growth opportunities.
- Provide guidance on organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee alignment.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to leadership on workforce trends, turnover, and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Partner with other HR functions, including Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations, to implement integrated HR solutions.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial or HRBP role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, talent management, and organizational development.
- Proven experience in providing strategic HR support to senior leadership and business managers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR metrics and reporting.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
