Human Resources Business Partner

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.

Job Highlights:

• Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
• Acts as Human Resources Business Partner Manager for Commercial population (Sales and POS)
• Develops and executes Retail HR strategic plan to achieve local business goals and objectives
• Leads the talent planning process in partnership with local brand leadership and guides talent development strategy
• Coaches and educates the business on developing their teams and handling employee relations issues
• Experienced in Retail, FMCG and hospitality would be advantage.
• Strong English communication skills.
