Job Summary
As a Junior HR Recruitment Assistant at our Bangkok office, you will play a key role in supporting our HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment administration. Fluency in English is essential, as you will work within a team that operates on a global scale. Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 9PM - 6AM ET in our modern Thong Lor office.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Assist with sourcing potential candidates through online job boards, social media, and professional networks to meet the recruitment needs across various roles.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Applicant Screening: Conduct initial resume screenings to identify qualified candidates, ensuring they align with job requirements.
- Job Postings: Post job openings across multiple platforms and maintain updated job listings to attract a broad pool of qualified applicants.
- Data Management: Maintain an organized recruitment database, track candidate progress, and update records accurately within our HR system.
- Candidate Communication: Provide timely communication to candidates, updating them on their application status and addressing recruitment-related inquiries.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks within the HR team, including organizing files, preparing documents, and supporting onboarding activities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Language: Being Proficient in English is required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online recruitment platforms.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This position follows US company hours (Eastern Time Zone), aligning with our Miami headquarters' operating schedule. Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 9PM - 6AM ET (evening shift in Bangkok). Please ensure availability for these hours as they are essential to collaborate effectively with our team. Salary, 25,000 to 35,000 Bhat per month.
