They are seeking two leaders to join their team, helping to shape strategic growth, foster industry partnerships, and deliver exceptional value to enterprise clients.
Partnerships Manager
This role is critical to the organization’s expansion, focusing on building and scaling strategic partnerships that drive growth and innovation.
Responsibilities:
Build, negotiate, and manage key partnerships with stakeholders such as lenders, fractional CFOs, private equity firms, accountants, and real estate professionals.
Sell risk monitoring and control tools while driving mutually beneficial co-marketing deals.
Establish and refine a scalable channel playbook to streamline partner engagement and success.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in fintech, financial services, or a related field, with a track record of driving impactful partnerships.
Proven ability to build a partnerships function from the ground up.
Deep industry relationships, a strong finance background, and exceptional communication skills.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on delivering results.
Compensation:
$150,000–$175,000 base salary (dependent on location) + equity.
On-site role in NYC or Toronto (no visa sponsorship).
Relationship Manager
This position is pivotal in guiding enterprise clients through their success journey, ensuring optimal adoption and long-term impact with the platform.
Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, providing high-level consultancy and building strong, enduring relationships.
Oversee onboarding, adoption, and continued engagement, ensuring clients achieve measurable success.
Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with product capabilities and company goals.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in customer success, consultancy, or enterprise account management.
Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise relationships with a consultative, strategic approach.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on influencing and guiding high-level stakeholders.
Compensation:
Competitive senior-level package.
