People Operations - HR Partner
We are seeking a motivated and experienced People Strategy and Operations Associate to coordinate our HR Strategy and People Operations functions.
The Senior Associate People Strategy & Operations will assist in the development and execution of strategies to enhance employee experience, align workforce capabilities with business goals, and cultivate a thriving organizational culture. This role requires a proactive and analytical thinker with a passion for people development and strategic HR initiatives, whilst managing the day to day people operations as part of the employee life cycle.
The role will cover both Singapore and Thailand offices and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Assist in organizing and executing employee engagement surveys and gather feedback for analysis.
- Help design and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Talent Management:
- Support the performance review process by helping with documentation and feedback collection.
- Collaborate with HR to track and report on performance metrics across teams.
- Support promotion processes and talent cycles
Organizational Development & Coaching:
- Contribute to the development of training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills.
- Assist in researching best practices in people strategies and propose suitable enhancements.
- Work closely with senior leaders to offer coaching support, helping to develop leadership skills and improve team dynamics.
Strategic Partnership with Senior Leaders:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by providing data-driven insights and recommendations on people strategy.
- Facilitate open communication between senior leadership and teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and values.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making including government reporting
Communication & Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to aid in resolving grievances and concerns.
- Point of contact for employee queries and coordinate responses
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences by collaborating with HR and other stakeholders and managing through to end of probation
- Process employee exits including logistics, payroll offboarding, leave management, mobility implications and involuntary exits
Payroll
- Oversee Payroll inputs and partner with Payroll to ensure SLA and compliance including leave management and tracking
Operations Management
- Manage governance and compliance of policy, practice and processes
- Assist with maintaining employee records and updating HR systems and tools
- Prepare employee letters and documentation as required
- Processing of PO’s and invoice management for HR expenses
- Key stakeholder in Mobility process management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience or internships in HR, organizational development, or a related area is advantageous.
- Expertise in Labour Relations and Employment legislation preferable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS or data analytics tools is a plus.
- Passion for learning and growing within the people strategy field.
