UP: 3-year-old girl missing ,found dead with brutal knife wounds

MEERUT: A three-year-old girl from Ghaziabad who went missing from a wedding venue in Meerut late on Monday night was found dead Tuesday morning near a cremation ground in the city's outskirts with brutal knife wounds all over her body, including her head and private parts.
The battered, lifeless body of the child was spotted by a group of morning walkers in Datawali, Meerut.She had been thrown just outside a cremation ground that comes under the Bhawanpur police limits.
Pranil Kumar (name changed), who works in a factory in Ghaziabad, said his daughter was kidnapped from the wedding venue barely five hours before she was murdered.
As he clutched his daughter's body, the 30-year-old man cried, "We came to Datawali from Ghaziabad for the wedding of my brother-in-law on Monday."
