The summit was co-organized by the International Organisation of Employers (IOE) and the General Confederation of Enterprises of Côte d'Ivoire (CGECI - Le Patronat Ivoirien), in partnership with the European Union 🇪🇺. It served as a key platform for the Employers’ Group, providing a unique opportunity for businesses and stakeholders to exchange insights and contribute to shaping policies that promote a more #sustainable and inclusive #businessenvironment. #BUSINESSMED representative, Mrs. Takwa MRABET, facilitated the discussion group on Public-Private #Partnerships and #SocialDialogue, focusing on collaboration between employer organizations, governments, and trade unions to promote formalization. The session explored effective public-private partnership models, the role of employer organizations in #policymaking, and mechanisms of social dialogue that support inclusive and sustainable formalization. Key recommendations were also formulated for the International Labour Conference (ILC) to strengthen social partner involvement in this process.
