World Menopause Day. Every day and Friday the 18th October. Menopause is now in our algorithms, meeting rooms, kitchens, government agenda's and many people's minds....This is progress. Evidenced by more voices and awareness. There are shouty and divisive voices too. Perhaps that is progress too but it can be confusing. No more so than navigating HRT/MHT. It's the theme for World Menopause Day this year. As a self-proclaimed menopause and women's health champion, I advocate for women to get the guidance, support and access to options (see below). When it comes to menopause, we are all still learning (yes - even doctors).
