Bebeklerde doğru beslenmenin önemi Doğru beslenme, bebeklerin büyümesinde ve gelişmesinde hayati bir rol oynar. Bu, çocuğun fiziksel ve zihinsel gelişimini desteklemek için proteinler, yağlar, vitaminler ve mineraller gibi tüm temel besin maddelerinin sağlanmasını gerektirir. Bebeği anne sütüyle beslemek ona güçlü bir bağışıklık sistemi oluşturmak ve sağlıklı bir büyüme sağlamak için gerekli olan dengeli beslenmeyi sağlar. Bu aşamada sağlıklı beslenme bağışıklık sistemini güçlendirerek ileride kronik hastalıklara yakalanma riskini azaltır. ======================== The importance of proper nutrition for infants Proper nutrition plays a vital role in the growth and development of infants. This requires providing all essential nutrients such as proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals to support the child's physical and mental development. Feeding the infant with breast milk provides him with the balanced nutrition necessary to build a strong immune system and achieve good healthy growth. Beslenme programı altında 6 Şubat depreminden bu yana iki kampta yürüttüğümüz projenin fonlayıcısı olan DEC(Disaster Emergency Committee), İskenderun’da bulunan alanımızı ziyaret ederek bizleri ziyadesiyle mutlu ettiler. Saha ziyaretinde kampın genel durumu ile ilgili konular konuşuldu, aynı şekilde kamp içerisinde SRP olarak şimdiye kadar yapmış olduğumuz faaliyetleri ve projeye dahil olan; hamile ve 0-2 yaş bebeği olup emziren kadınlara dağıttımız market kuponu sürecini, PSS ve diğer beslenme eğitimlerinin çıktıları üzerine de istişare edildi. ==================== DEC (Disaster Emergency Committee), the funder of the project that we have been carrying out in two camps since the earthquake of February 6 under the nutrition program, visited our space in İskenderun and we were extremely pleased with their visit. Depremin ilk gününden beri Hatay'da Çocuklara destek oluyoruz.Aktivitelerimizden bir anı paylaşmaktan çok mutluyuz. Boyayla baskı çalışması - Bu tür çalışmalar çocukların kalem tutmayı öğrenmeleri ve parmak kaslarını geliştirmeleri açısından fayda sağlamaktadır. - Bu çalışmadaki temel kazanımlar motor becerileri geliştirme, bilişsel gelişim, el göz koordinasyonu, görsel algi becerileri, odaklanma, yaratıcı düşünme olmuştur. We have been supporting children in Hatay since the first day of the earthquake. We are very happy to share a moment from our activities. Printing work with ink - Such activities are beneficial for children to learn how to hold a pencil and develop their finger muscles. - The main gains in this study were motor skills development, cognitive development, hand-eye coordination, visual perception skills, focus, and creative thinking.
