艾立運能以「物流運輸 AI 數位回單」獲得2024 創新商務獎最佳管理創新銅獎！ 在B2B貨物運輸領域，「接單、調度、轉運、回單、結帳」等流程，仍面臨數位化不足和流程斷點，以「前端紙本、後端數位」開發策略，融合Google OCR和生成式AI技術，並以RPA機器流程人，透過重新設計貨運單回單流程，提高第一線作業人員回單效率10倍，準確率提升10~15%，實現了從紙本到數位的轉型。 感謝艾立運能的跨界團隊，繼續勇於改變，Dare to Change! Ally Transport has been awarded the Bronze Prize for Best Management Innovation at the 2024 Future Commerce Awards for its "AI Digital Proof of Delivery for Logistics and Transport" solution. In the B2B transportation sector, processes like "order taking, scheduling, transit, proof of delivery handling, and billing" often suffer from insufficient digitization and process gaps. By adopting a "front-end paper, back-end digital" strategy, integrating Google OCR, generative AI technology, and RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Ally Transport redesigs the proof of delivery handling process. This has resulted in a tenfold increase in efficiency for frontline staff and a 10-15% improvement in accuracy, achieving a seamless transition from paper to digital. 上週末，艾立運能數據長 Wisely Chen 代表參與了 #GenerativeAI 年會，並在會中分享了我們近期在物流日常營運中試圖解決的三大挑戰：人才招募困難、物流流程斷點以及改善紙本作業。 「艾立運能並不是為了 AI 而 AI，而是在過程中我們深入第一線，了解物流產業的知識及關鍵痛點。我們發現，透過生成式 AI 作為大腦、RPA 作為手腳及 RAG 作為底層知識，可以將原本依賴人工經驗的流程自動化，讓紙本作業更輕鬆且聰明地走向數位化。」 Last weekend, our CDO, Wisely Chen, represented us at the Generative AI Summit. During the event, he shared insights on how we are tackling three major challenges in our daily logistics operations: talent acquisition difficulties, process bottlenecks, and the improvement of paper-based workflows. "At Ally Transport, we don't pursue AI for the sake of AI. We dive deep into the frontlines to understand the logistics industry's knowledge and key pain points.
