𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐢-𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 (陳美伶 Chairperson, TWRR) – Showcased how regional revitalization can drive economic growth and long-term sustainability. ✨ 𝐉𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐲 𝐋𝐢 (Founder, Tri-Small Creative Ltd.) – Introduced an innovative agriculture and biodiversity business model benefiting both the environment and local economies. ✨ 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐞 (Founder, Tamsui Traveler) – Explored how deep-travel experiences can support cultural preservation while empowering second-career women. ✨ 𝐊𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐧 (Founder, One-Forty ) – Highlighted the importance of educational and cultural programs for Taiwan’s growing Southeast Asian migrant worker community.     【𝑻𝑶𝑷𝑰𝑪𝑺: 𝐓𝐚𝐢𝐰𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐋𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫】 For many years, Hong Kong and Singapore have been Asia’s financial hubs, attracting global investors and asset managers. But where does Taiwan fit in? Since 2020, Taiwan has aimed to expand its asset management sector, encouraging capital repatriation and easing regulations. While the market has grown, most gains remain domestic, with foreign institutions still hesitant to enter. Now, the government is pushing further, with deregulation and Kaohsiung’s development as a financial hub. But will these efforts be enough to bring Taiwan into the regional spotlight? Wan Hai Lines, Ltd. is a Taiwanese shipping company founded in 1965. It specializes in international container shipping and operates a fleet of vessels across various regions. During the visit, we had the opportunity to learn more about their operations, discuss how our membership benefits can support their goals, and explore potential areas for collaboration. We look forward to working closely with Wan Hai Lines and providing them with the resources and networking opportunities to maximize their membership experience.

    AmCham Taiwan was honored to host Andy Hunder, President of American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine, during his visit to Taiwan. We were also delighted to welcome leaders from all chambers in Taiwan for a meaningful discussion on business #continuity during critical times and the #resilience of businesses in Ukraine. Private companies play a key role in building societal resilience, and as business chambers, our collaboration has never been more essential. By working together, we amplify the voices of businesses and strengthen our ability to navigate challenges—both expected and unforeseen.
