The risks are real, but so is the progress being made! Fully compliant with Hazard Level 2 (HL2), it eliminates overcharging risks. 🎯 𝟏𝟎𝟎% 𝐈𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲: Traditional sulfide-based batteries inherently lack safety, and organic electrolytes can release flammable gases, significantly increasing the risk of fire or explosion.     🎊 Congratulations to the Production Engineering of E-Mobility Components (PEM) of RWTH Aachen University in Germany on completing and publishing their research on the development and production of solid-state batteries!     This research from Aachen University highlights that the current focus of solid-state batteries is on innovative and scalable manufacturing processes, as well as overcoming various production challenges, such as optimizing heat treatment and ensuring low interfacial resistance in electrode stacking, which perfectly aligns with ProLogium’s approach for our next-generation battery gigafactory!   The study highlights that the key to solid-state batteries lies in innovative and scalable manufacturing, with at least 60% of the process different from traditional battery production.
