Performance and partnership are our company's fundamental values. We recently interviewed our CEO, Dmitry, and want to share his insights. ▪️Q: Businesses are built by people with similar values. Can you tell us more about the company's values, particularly the newest and most fundamental one? А: Rethinking values is crucial in our work system. As we face new challenges, it’s clear that the values identified in 2018 need updating. I believe that businesses thrive through their people—service providers, customers, and employees. It’s essential to align with those who share our values for quality outcomes. Our core values are partnership and performance. Partnership has been foundational to our organization since the beginning, guiding our relationships with customers, employees, and service providers. Performance, a newly recognized value, emphasizes that comfort alone isn't enough; contributions must yield results. We aim to cultivate an environment that values measurable performance while also fostering a comfortable and inspiring workplace. ▪️Q: How do these values help motivate the team to take ambitious steps and manage risks? A: Risks are an inherent part of growth. When risks materialize, we must respond with increased speed and effort. I believe rapid development cannot occur without risk, but maintaining a balance is crucial. Understanding how to manage risks allows us to minimize their impact. Regarding motivation, it is impossible to force a team to feel inspired. People either have that inspiration, or they do not. We don’t employ special techniques for motivation. The three owners of the company are highly motivated, and we share that energy with our team. This exchange energizes our team, which leads to results that inspire those around us. The right partners, employees, and clients amplify this effect, creating a formula that drives us toward greater achievements and enhances motivation for everyone involved. ▪️ Q: What is a key lesson you've learned about working with values that you can share with other leaders? A: It’s vital to be honest with yourself. While there are many opinion leaders and trends in the world, it is crucial not to deceive yourself or waste time crafting an image that doesn’t reflect who you truly are. Instead, focus on answering the question, “Who are you?” and work on enhancing your strengths. You need to develop your strengths and maintain focus on them. Concentrating on what you do best will lead to greater results.
