Бізнес має величезний вплив на формування спільнот: своїх співробітників та покупців, тому ми й створили цей проєкт, щоб HR, маркетологи, власники, CEO могли легко обрати формати залучення українських традицій до своїх: від лекторіїв, обміну досвідом команди, майстер-класів до складніших “складанок”, які можна зібрати під себе. Цей документ, який ми готували разом з етнографами, фольклористами та істориками. Він складається із 3-х частин: Есеї етнографів та істориків, які ознайомлять зі звичаями Великодня Варіанти корпоративних сценаріїв, як інтегрувати Великдень на рівні компанії: від спільного перегляду безкоштовних лекцій до запрошених лекторів із майстер-класом із приготування їжі Перелік майстрів, бізнесів, медіа з етноєством У майбутньому ми плануємо пропрацювання й інших українських традицій, які б можна було інтегрувати у життя компаній. A Guide to Ukrainian Traditions" to help companies build their corporate culture based on our traditions, which our ancestors carried through hardships but preserved. The first edition is dedicated to Easter. Businesses have a huge impact on shaping communities: their employees and customers, which is why we created this project. It allows HR professionals, marketers, owners, and CEOs to easily choose how to integrate Ukrainian traditions into their business, from lectures and team experiences to workshops and more complex custom setups. This document, prepared in collaboration with ethnographers, folklorists, and historians, consists of three parts: Essays by ethnographers and historians presenting the customs of Easter Suggestions for corporate scenarios on integrating Easter at the company level: from attending free lectures together to inviting speakers for a cooking master class. A list of masters, companies, and media with an ethnic theme. We plan to work on other Ukrainian traditions that could be integrated into corporate life. We are looking for a Communications Manager who shares our mission and principles. The primary goal of this position is to implement the Foundation's communications strategy, ensuring that our messages resonate with our target audiences. Job type: Full-time Shift and schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday Location: Kyiv, Kniaziv Ostrozkykh Street Responsibilities: · Implement and refine communications strategy · Develop key communications messages and distribute them across channels · Work with contractors, including journalists (who conduct interviews for us) and writers (who transform interviews into social media publications and prepare overall social media content), target researchers, photographers, and others. · Writing key texts: important company publications, reports, website pages, etc. · Work with the team: marketing director, creative copywriter, graphic designer · Help monitor corporate social media channels and other channels, brainstorm social media strategies for tentpole events, and support social channels when needed · Work with national and international partners: media, NGOs, and companies to organize joint communication activities. Let's move on to plans for 2024. This year, we have rethought Giving Tuesday in several ways. In Ukraine, due to the war, giving money and volunteering has become a daily practice, so we believe that it is not enough to talk about just one day of giving in November. It should be a day that sums up everything that has been done throughout the year. Furthermore, the concept of 'charity' itself is expanding due to our new reality. We have taken a broader look at the concept. And this year we will focus on compassion and gratitude. In addition to collaborative projects with businesses and educational initiatives, we plan to explore corporate social responsibility practices. After all, the business sector is currently supporting the state and striving for positive change. Presenting the results of Giving Tuesday Ukraine Despite the impact of the war, the initiative was supported by regular participants and new partners. We developed three directions: 🟦 Acts of Kindness lessons for school children in collaboration with the National Bank of Ukraine team; 🟦 A public lecture for students of the Ukrainian Catholic University with the head of one of the largest charitable foundations in Ukraine, Serhiy Prytula; 🟦 Charity campaigns with companies lasting over a month. As a result, we collected 4,000,000 UAH in humanitarian and monetary aid. More details about the results can be found in the report.

Today, on September 29th, we celebrate World Heart Day. We are excited to introduce you to the newly established Strong Hearts Foundation, which aims to combat the prevalence of cardiovascular diseases in Ukraine. Strong Hearts Foundation came to fruition with the generous support of Zagoriy Foundation and is spearheaded by Pharmaceutical company Darnytsia, placing a high priority on the battle against cardiovascular diseases (CVD). Strong Hearts Foundation is aligning itself with the global movement and embarking on an extensive campaign to mitigate the impact of CVD on both the quality and duration of life. This will be achieved through educational initiatives, advocacy, research, and providing support to individuals.
