Day 1 of the Renewable Energy Conference (#REC24) kicked off yesterday, hosted by Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development (Uganda) via National Renewable Energy Platform (NREP) - Uganda in partnership with the British High Commission Kampala. Under the theme ‘Transforming Livelihoods Through Clean Energy Access,’ we’re gathering innovators, policymakers, and industry leaders to advance a sustainable energy agenda for Uganda’s future.

Through over £7.4 million in grants for 18 projects in Uganda, they’re building clean energy solutions, creating jobs, and fueling sustainable economic growth.
