NEW PROJECT I We are delighted to announce our involvement in three Hotel projects in Nepal with IHG Hotels & Resorts. "1508 to design three new IHG hotels in Nepal. The international design firm’s Bangkok studio has been appointed on the project, which will see IHG Hotels & Resorts add close to 500 rooms to its luxury lifestyle portfolio in Nepal, and debut two of its global brands, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts and Hotel Indigo the market". Our debut hospitality project in South Asia marks an exhilarating milestone for the 1508 brand. We are delighted to be working alongside IHG Hotels & Resorts and the Shangri-La Hotel & Resort Group to deliver these hotels in Nepal. AWARD - We are delighted to see that Grand Intercontinental Seoul Parnas has won the award as the Best City Hotel in South Korea by Travel + Leisure Co. "This landmark hotel has been an icon of luxury hospitality in the heart of the capital for more than 40 years. It was an unforgettable evening with the who’s who of tastemakers in Los Angeles at the newly opened Cipriani Beverly Hills celebrating the Cipriani legacy and the brand’s first ground up residences in North America.
