This is awarded to individuals who can prove they have knowledge equivalent to graduate level based on experience, the appropriate qualifications and who have worked at a senior level for at least 6 years. John has demonstrated evidence of technical problem solving, electrical safety, team/project management, design and compliance. We are delighted to announce that 24-7 FM client, Camping and Caravanning Club has renewed their Gas Servicing and Repairs contract with 24-7 FM, for another 2 years! We are delighted to share that Daniel Stephen, one of 24-7 Group’s talented CAD Technicians, was invited to speak at the #BIMInSeries 2025 international conference yesterday, at the Leicester School of Architecture, De Montfort University.  Last year, Daniel joined the in-house design team as a CAD Technician, assisting the 24-7 FM and 24-7 Projects BIM and CAD team with Mechanical and Electrical design services. When Daniel joined the team, he had recently completed his Masters in BIM with Distinction at the University of Liverpool (which is a huge achievement in itself – well done!) 🎓 24-7 Project BIM & CAD Manager, Jamie Dickerson, attended the #BIMInSeries event yesterday, to listen to Daniel present his research and theories surrounding utilising AI to optimise how building regulations should be written, to leverage automatic compliance checking of building models, to enhance efficiency of checks.  We are extremely proud to have Daniel as part of the 24-7 Team and for him to have the opportunity to share his abundance of knowledge with the industry. At the end of 2024, The 24-7 Projects team completed out the M & E design and install package at The Holistic Care Centre at the The Royal Stoke University Hospital. The project consisted of a new entrance, pharmacy, multi-purpose group room, two private rooms, an information centre, as well as the refreshment and waiting area. 24-7 Projects provided the following M & E services:  Electrical  - New Distribution panel and supplies to the HCC and Internal Pharmacy. - Small Power  - Lighting and Controls  - Emergency P4 Lighting  - External Lighting – pathways entrance canopy  - Extended Nurse Call system  - Extended Protec Fire Alarm  - Lightning Protection Mechanical  - Domestic Hot and Cold-Water Services  - Heating – Radiant Panels  - AHU - Ventilation  - Sanitary Ware  Above Ground Drainage  The team are super proud of the end result and to have been involved in another NHS project, courtesy of the partnership shared with IHP (Integrated Health Projects) VINCI Building UK.  #Team247 #NHS #Mechanical #Electrical #Plumbing #Services
