Congratulations to the whole project team at Three Chamberlain Square on receiving a rare 100% score in the Considerate Constructors Scheme for their approach to respecting the community, caring for the environment, and valuing the workforce. Sir Robert McAlpine is proud to be the main contractor delivering this landmark, 10-storey, low energy, low carbon office building at Paradise Birmingham for MEPC Limited. Chris Hucknall, Project Manager at Sir Robert McAlpine, said: “Our work on Three Chamberlain Square has focused on safety, delivery and engagement. Each of these key strands have created tangible, positive results and we are all very proud to work on such a groundbreaking building for Birmingham. The NewCold team celebrated a construction milestone at our Dinteloord facility in the Netherlands with the last lift of the high bay racking.   This significant achievement, completed six weeks ahead of schedule, highlights the exceptional teamwork, meticulous planning, and dedication of all involved. The final lift marked the culmination of months of hard work by NewCold, NewCold Metal Construction, TSL and KIM Nederland B.V. It showcased the teams’ ability to meet targets while maintaining high safety and quality standards.   “Safety and quality are the driving forces of this project,” said Peter Verharen, Project Director. “This was a very safe, efficient, and well-coordinated activity.
