Loads of good stuff to report this week. Firstly we have a new starter managing our GB and I Trench Agency agreement. Welcome on board Leah Hudson We have an internal promotion for Joe Barr who continues to excel and grow with the business. Well done Joe 👍 Our workshop on Hebburn continues to thrive and has been awarded protection panel framework with UKPN 👏 Next week our MD Darren Lenney and BD Director Iain Monk travel to Italy to meet our new colleagues at Trench Group. Annual appraisals and career development discussions have been completed by Commercial Manager Paula Bowen and Ops Manager Andrew Blyth to make sure everyone’s potential is being realised 👌 An unprecedented number of grid connection enquiries to our NERs business from NG tertiary connections up to 275kV bays. Aardvarc Group were proud to support Sport Newcastle Golf day again this year. Our best team placed 4th out of 22 teams but the real winner was the charity raising an amazing £6500 to support young upcoming Sporting talent in the region. See you again next year

Linked in is a sad place tonight. The passing of Rob Burrows has brought linked in to a halt tonight and rightly so. Not a rugby fan but watching what Rob Doddie and their families have had to go through is utterly depressing. To see young fit men like Rob Doddie and others are going through is heartbraking but they attacked it with so much courage. I hope their courage and selflessness in highlighting this awful disease whilst knowing it would be too late for themselves brings some progress in fighting this horrendous disease. RIP Rob Doddie and countless others who have had their lives wiped out by this god awful monster. Heartfelt condolences to Robs Family & Freinds.

Sorry if we've been a bit quiet recently but what a couple of weeks we've had at Aardvarc Towers: We've agreed to be the GB and I distributor for Trench Group ( more to follow on this later ) We've scored an amazing 100% in our Achilles audit We've hosted over 60 of our friends and clients at our charity golf day, see the link to the video below.
