We’re proud to support Teamwork Trust , a Northamptonshire charity providing vital day services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges. As part of our ongoing partnership, we've been working hard to clear their back garden space in preparation for a new sensory exploration garden. It’s been fantastic to see so many of our team getting involved in this meaningful project. Despite the cold and challenging conditions, they powered through — and even discovered some unexpected gardening talents along the way! We also helped set up entertainment facilities, including a snooker and air hockey table, which had been in storage for quite some time. A special thanks to the Kettering branch of Teamwork Trust for the delicious lunch. It’s great to hear that, for the first time in 30 years, service users can now walk around the back of their centre. We’re excited to see the positive impact this space will have in the future!

We recently completed a multi-utility scheme including electric vehicle charging hubs. 🚘⚡️ We installed an 800 kVa substation onto a 20kV network located at Willowburn Retail Park. We are currently working on an exciting project, just down the road from Bicester Village! Our Special Projects Site Manager is on site daily, helping everything run seamlessly and ensuring that we meet tight deadlines. These works are for a commercial development that will be adopted by an iDNO. Completed works: ✔️ Whole civils construction ✔️ Main switchgear is arriving in preparation for final connections ✔️ 5 panel 33 kV switch board to SSEN specifications in tandem and adjacent IDNO substation is being built ⚡️We will be installing 2x 24 MVA transformers this year!

A huge shout-out to our incredible onsite teams, whose hard work often goes unseen but never unnoticed. Despite tight deadlines, they successfully installed over 2 km of Gas and Electric mains infrastructure to power the show homes. New Year, New Commercial Officer! 👋 Anthony Edwards joins us working closely with the Sales and Construction teams, ensuring contracts and client relationships align with our business goals. A key focus of his role will be to bridge the gap between the commercial and technical aspects of a project, helping us deliver exceptional value to our clients. He brings with him a strong background in cost management, contract administration, tendering, forecasting and value engineering. We asked Anthony his first impressions of HVSS, "From day one, I was impressed by how friendly and welcoming everyone was and the team’s genuine dedication to change and improvements.
