We invited a small group of early users to adeus... to learn from their experience. We'd tested everything before release, but we still found little niggles and fixed them quickly. We'd built adeus based on feedback from potential customers, but it's very different seeing how people actually use it live and what features they actually value. We took all the learnings - the suggestions, the likes, the dislikes - and have been busy incorporating them into adeus. One of the key asks was that we provided more guidance, more hand-holding, more information at the right time for the user. This weekend has been taking our FAQs and help information, and incorporating it deeply across all areas of adeus. From a searchable help centre, to hints and definitions available at a click of the mouse. Most of the time Nick and Mark are busy building adeus, talking to customers, and generally working behind the scenes. But every now and then they get the opportunity to tell the adeus story at events like the Rare Founders event in central London yesterday. This specific presentation focused on the technology foundations of adeus including blockchain. For us, the technology sits behind adeus, you don't need to know about it...it's there...it works...and it provides significant benefits; solving many of the problems that result in disputed inheritances and contested wills. But given the audience of Web3 experts, we were able to get down into the weeds of what and how we're using these technologies in new ways, to solve real problems.
