📢 WE ARE HIRING!
We are looking to bring on board a talented investigator to play a key role in shaping our investigations team in the coming years.
Airwars’ award-winning Investigations and Accountability team specialises in long-form investigations on matters relating to civilian harm in conflict, typically in conjunction with major international media. In the past year our work has included exposing secret documents around the deaths of civilians, analysis of trade patterns of Russian munitions, visual reconstructions of a prison break and in-depth analysis of civilian harm in Gaza. The unit’s work has been recognised at multiple award ceremonies, including the Amnesty Media Awards and the Open Source Film Awards.
The candidate should have at least four years’ experience working on investigative journalism or research, a proven drive and passion for human rights and the kind of work Airwars specialises in, and a record of building source networks and publishing exclusive stories.
Send a CV, one-page cover letter and up to two clippings of published investigations to jobs@airwars.org by August 25th, 2024
