We are excited to announce that we have signed the lease on a new workshop in Kent. With bespoke fabrication and offsite alterations becoming a common theme to our projects and opportunities it made perfect sense to upgrade from our storage facility to a new premises that enables space to house the correct tooling to cut, pre drill and weld in a purpose built unit rather than carrying out these time consuming, noisy, high risk activities onsite.

Looking for asbestos and electrical contractors to assist AJ Management Group Ltd with fire remediation projects in Surrey. Asbestos scope - Localised R&D surveys, reporting, monitoring and removal. Electrical scope - Consumer unit upgrades, testing and commissioning, NIC EIC Certification. Site visit and specification to be received in the next couple weeks. This first batch is for a single block of 6 flats. However, our client owns and manages over 50,000 homes in London and the south east. Due to the nature of these works these works, individual properties will be carried out in isolation and will therefore suit a small, local and flexible contractor.
