    According to a recent lululemon report, 45% of people are experiencing ‘wellbeing burnout’ 🤔 This term refers to the feeling of burnout from the pressure to engage in wellbeing initiatives.     Our team happened to be listening to Nicky Campbell’s 5 Live show a few weeks back when maternity and paternity pay took the limelight 🎙️ Unsurprisingly, there were contrasting views from both employees, and employers of all sizes. It’s natural for businesses to be hesitant about offering above and beyond the statutory pay from a financial standpoint – but then we heard one excerpt about how Vodafone saved £19m through staff retention by offering better mat/pat terms… There’s a lot of variables here, and while we appreciate that we can’t all be Vodafone, this sentiment is hard to ignore 👇 If you’re in a position to do so, taking a leap of faith for your employees will not only improve workplace wellbeing – it could save you considerable money down the line.
