Our asset finance business development team had an incredible 2024, having now lent over £650 million to established UK businesses since it launched and winning multiple awards. Last year, we made lots of enhancements in response to feedback from our brokers, including the introduction of our quote calculator, expanding our offering through the Growth Guarantee Scheme, and launching an enhanced asset refinance option. This marks a major milestone as we fully integrate Tuscan’s award-winning bridging expertise into the Allica brand, expanding our offering for brokers and established businesses. Alongside the rebrand, we're rolling out big improvements to our bridging proposition too. It’s 2024 wrap-up time! And what a year it’s been for Allica, which has seen us be named:   🥇 The fastest-growing start-up in Europe, according to the Sifted 250. 🥇 The fastest-growing UK private company in the history of The Sunday Times 100. 🥇 The fastest-growing company for the second year running in the Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50.   We’ve hit some big milestones along the way. Including:   💗 £3 billion in total lending to established businesses. 🏦 £4 billion in deposits from our business and personal customers.   And there’s also thousands more businesses enjoying a more rewarding current account, with Allica’s Business Rewards Account.   We’re grateful for some fantastic feedback, too:   - Allica is rated ‘Excellent’ on Trustpilot ⭐️ - 91% of our accountant partners rated their partnerships manager as ‘Excellent’ or ‘Good’ (a team we only launched this year!). - 89% of our broker partners rated us ‘Excellent’ or ‘Good’.   Allica also grew our team by 35% this year alone, and we now total 680 people!   It’s been quite the ride. We do asset finance at pace! 🏎️ A haulage company in the south east wanted to buy 10 assets and we're pleased to have provided £584,000 in asset finance so they could do so. What’s even better? It took us under 48 hours from receiving the invoice to paying it out. Ollie Ross, Managing Director at Condor Lending, who have been collaborating with us on this deal, shared his experience: "Allica have been fantastic from start to finish—a real pleasure to work with on this challenging but significant deal. 💥 Allica Bank has just smashed through £3 billion in lending and £4 billion in deposits!   Having hit £2 billion of lending in February this year, we’re delighted to have reached this new milestone so quickly.
