So today saw the return of the annual GREAT ALLNEEDS HALLOWEEN BAKE OFF 🎃👻 A few of the team have been practicing their acceptance speech all week (a tad premature eh Margaret Milton😋) Great efforts all round but the winner was our Dylan Hunter 🏆 As you can see last year's winner Debbie Hunter was 'reluctant' to hand over the wooden spoon🤣 At least it's staying in the family😊 #Halloween #competition

Temporary Staff are ideal for a short-term staffing problem to cover for increased workload, staff on holiday or maternity leave for example. The staff would be employed by AllNeeds so all tax, NI, Employers NI, Holiday Pay etc. would be dealt with by us. The length of contract is flexible and we can supply you with staff for a day, a week, a month or longer depending on your requirements. Permanent Staff can also be supplied by AllNeeds. We take care of the full recruitment process from pre-screening to interviewing and supply you with one or more candidates for your vacancy. Temporary to Permanent Staff recruitment is becoming more and more popular. This allows you to "Try before you buy". You could take a potential permanent employee on a temporary basis to see if they prove suitable before committing to a permanent contract.

Spent a very informative morning at the Ayrshire Regional Economy: Making and Keeping the £ in Ayrshire event at Kilwinning College Campus today. Guest speakers were very knowledgeable and passionate about the topic and all had a positive 'we can do this' attitude which was fantastic to hear.
