Great design is a dialogue between space, story, and the expert hands that bring it to life. Within our recent project, The Walpole Townhouse, we worked closely with the finest artisans and heritage brands to craft a space that resonates. 🎨 One of the key collaborations within this project was with Cole & Son, using a bespoke wallpaper design, first showcased in the entrance hall and then reimagined in the WC with an inverted colour-way. Both variations pay homage to the Walpole 2022 Book of British Luxury, carrying the design narrative seamlessly throughout the space. Over the last year, Walpole's HQ has undergone rennovations to transform a once-whitewashed townhouse into an embassy of British luxury. With a maximalist brief, Walpole's Anna Maude worked closely with the award-winning interior design studio A.LONDON to create a showcase for the Walpole membership. From bespoke Cole & Son (Wallpapers) Limited wallpaper that greets guests in the foyer to the upcyled furniture reupholsered in Sanderson Design Group plc. fabrics that imbues the member lounge with an engaging, inspiring atmosphere, this space reflects the excellence of homegrown craftsmanship.
