We recognise that everyone’s retirement dream is different, and a one size fits all scheme doesn’t work for everyone. During Pension Awareness Week, we want to highlight the benefits of the Anchor pension scheme. The great thing about our pension scheme is there are a number of different contributions levels, so you can choose which one suits your needs best. The more you put in, the more Anchor puts in. We don’t just match it but will add a little extra too, with up to 10% from Anchor. Want to be part of an organisation where your future is as important to us as it is to you? Check out all the incredible benefits we offer: https://lnkd.in/e4JJWyRj #AnchorJobs #AnchorCareers #PensionAwarenessWeek

We have continued to improve the energy efficiency of our socially rented homes. In partnership with our framework contractors Equans UK & Ireland, 61 properties in Scarborough are the latest housing locations to benefit from energy efficiency measures including triple glazed windows and new high heat retention storage heaters. Liz Davenport, Property Sustainability Director at Anchor, said: "As part of Anchor’s long term sustainability strategy and in line with Government targets, we need to ensure all our rented properties reach an ‘Energy Performance Certificate’ of C or above by 2030. This programme of works plays a key role in delivering on net zero carbon targets and reducing carbon emissions. Energy efficiency works continue across the country and we are aiming to complete works at four Anchor locations in the Northwest and Midlands regions, before March 2025."
