Hello there 👋 thanks for stopping by! If we've not met before, think of this as a little elevator pitch, something to get you from ground level to the first floor, as it were. I’m Andrew, a freelance events professional; I guess it really does what it says on the tin. It all started 14+ years ago while working in-house for a bank and got roped in to help organise a series of internal reward and recognition events. Once I had the taste for events I didn’t look back and evolved into working agency-side, developing through to Account Manager and Senior Event Manager/Project Director roles. In that time, I have been in the position to work on projects across the banking/financial, automotive, tech and pharmaceutical sectors, from RFP though to onsite execution on a wide range of event types both in the UK and internationally. From 20 pax SLT meetings, to 200 pax incentives, through to 1,200 pax sales conferences, I have worked as full-service project director, logistics manager or travel manager, be it as overall project leader or inputting as a member of a wider team. Whatever the role, I love being part of the team. Now working on a freelance basis, I support existing event teams and businesses on pre-event planning or in an onsite capacity.
