Well done to our team and all the amazing participants for successfully completing the Railway Children's first Scotland Triple Challenge. They cycled 45 kilometers, kayaked 10 kilometers and climbed Ben Nevis in just two days! We're incredibly proud of our team's accomplishment and the event has raised over £30,000, which will make a real difference.

A marvellous evening spent celebrating the Railway industry and its successes over the past year at last night's #NationalRailAwards! One Big Circle were delighted to be Highly Commended alongside Angel Trains in the 'Fleet Achievement of the Year' award category, in recognition of innovative #AIVR technologies deployed across a number of vehicle classes, serving multiple regions. A further example of achievements delivered through collaboration with Operators and Innovators in the wider industry - congratulations to all the winners! Very exciting news that our Class 802 battery train has begun testing on the national rail network. This project represents a multimillion-pound joint investment by Angel Trains and Hitachi in one of our newest fleets.    Over the next eight weeks, our pioneering train, distinct with its new livery, will be tested on routes from York to Manchester Airport and Leeds to Liverpool Lime Street. With the ability to reduce emissions and fuel costs by up to 30%.   Together with TransPennine Express and Hitachi Rail, we’re committed to driving innovation in rail and supporting the UK’s decarbonisation targets 🌍

We're extremely proud to announce the successful completion of the UK’s biggest fleet upgrade - as our final refurbished Pendolino returns to service with Avanti West Coast. A huge thanks to our partners, Alstom and Avanti West Coast, for making this possible! By working together in a genuine partnership, we've delivered a transformational change to our iconic Pendolinos, that we're sure will give more people a positive reason to travel by train. A big thank you to everyone who took part and made such a huge effort to raise funds for the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge this year! ⛰️⛰️⛰️ Despite the 42km trek across three mountains in 12 hours (a marathon!), everyone's spirits remained high, and the sun even made an appearance, making it an unforgettable day ☀️ It was worth every step and it wouldn't have been possible without the hard work of the Railway Children - thank you!
