Revisiting Apex Gardens: A Proud Moment Yesterday, we had the opportunity to revisit one of our completed projects, Apex Gardens, (delivered in 2021), with our Project Director Ahmet Ozdemir. It was fantastic to see how the development continues to make a positive impact on the area and the building’s quality still holds up as if it were day one. It was a pleasure working with Grainger PLC on this very successful BTR scheme and seeing it thriving today is a testament to the team’s hard work and dedication. ANT YAPI (UK) LIMITED

We at Ant Yapi UK are deeply saddened by the tragic fire at a hotel in Türkiye’s ski resort, which has claimed lives and left many injured. Our heartfelt condolences go out to the victims, their families, and everyone affected by this devastating event.

Today we've been doing some community outreach at Caxton Youth Organisation ; a specialist youth organisation for learning disabled and autistic young people aged 11-25. The Ant Yapi team led by construction manager Arif Aktas with 15 other ANT YAPI (UK) LIMITED workers helped with painting and decoration, plumbing, electrical works, gardening, joinery fixing, general tidying up and cleaning works to ensure continued future use of this inclusive facility in the heart of Westminster. #communityengagement #communitysupport #constructionindustry #AntYapiUK #ukconstruction

This project marks a significant step forward in their UK portfolio. 🔹 Excellence in Construction Standards: Our commitment to sustainability and best practices was reinforced through the implementation of the latest CCS Considerate Constructors Scheme guidance and standards. 🔹 Recognising Talent: A proud moment for Ant Yapi UK was Mehmet Can Aytek’s recognition in the prestigious Considerate Constructors Scheme 30 Under 30 Awards, a testament to the remarkable talent and leadership within our team. 🔹 Remarkable Growth: 2024 saw a significant revenue increase compared to 2023, reflecting the strength of our projects and our team’s relentless dedication. 🔹 Global Recognition: We’re honoured to have climbed the Engineering News-Record rankings to 84th in the world for the Top 250 Contractors and maintained our position as 5th in Turkey.
