    For the third year running AOK Events have been placed in the Top 50 Great Places To Work in the UK, with us chalking up a remarkable 19th place in 2024 🎉 We are the only company of 50 employees or fewer from the hospitality industry to achieve this accolade. To say we are incredibly proud is an understatement. We have the best team! The last 12 months has been a ground-breaking one for the Company, with us becoming an employee-owned business after purchasing 65% of the company's shares from AOK Events shareholders through an Employee Ownership Trust.   • An engaging Insight Xtra for Netapp at The Peninsula 📈 We worked with NetApp to create a memorable event for their fourth annual INSIGHT Xtra Partners conference, combining two events into one. Recognising the need for a larger space, AOK Events secured the brand new Peninsula, offering high-end event spaces perfect for bringing all partners together. We delivered: 🔎 Venue finding 💼 Full event management 💡 Management of all AV and production 📋 Guest registration 🎤 Keynote speaker Hannah Fry 🎸 A roaming band for the drinks reception ✉️ Liaised with all suppliers 🌱 Eco-friendly branding 🚚 Management of logistics with their vendors to create a ‘vendor village’ Guests gathered for an unforgettable experience, with exciting discussions, networking, and a luxurious setting that made the event one to remember. “I just wanted to say a HUGE THANK YOU!     The dust is settling on AOK Events third staff incentive, which saw us take 31 employees out to Tenerife for a long weekend of team-building, sunshine and laughter. We visited the National Park at Mt Teide, had wine tasting at an organic vineyard, went whale and dolphin watching, organised a Beach Olympics, swam, sunbathed and created memories for a lifetime. The trip is not just a reward for hitting targets, It's a reward to the amazing team that worked throughout 2024 for living and breathing our company values day in and day out and for Making Unforgettable Happen for our Clients.   • Our February recap ☀️ Last month, we organised events all over London from cycling at the Velodrome and setting up bus stops for JCDecaux to celebrating 10 years of Pip and Nut in Shoreditch, before taking off into the sun for our annual company incentive trip to Tenerife. Event Highlights: 📷 Organised an annual sales & marketing conference for Canon at Heathrow, including a grand stage set with full production, followed by a beautiful awards gala dinner where guests partied into the night! 🚌 Created an immersive celebration of London for JCDecaux at The Renaissance, including an actual bespoke bus stop. 🐦⬛ Assisted our client with welcoming their new starters by exclusively hiring the 9th Floor of Wagtail & filling it with a range of activities as well as full branding. 🐿️ Transformed Kachette into a Woodland theme for the 10th Anniversary of Pip & Nut, including a bespoke photo booth with life-size squirrel cutouts, a fully branded 8mx3m wall, bespoke food & cocktails menu, stunning florals & a bar with a life-size tree in centre. 🚲 Organised a corporate cycling session with brunch at the iconic Lee Valley Velopark for 32 people. Favourite dinner venues booked: 🍽️ Hart Shoreditch 🍝 Toklas 🍤 Jeru 🫒 Manicomio City Favourite Entertainment booked: 🎤 Speakers Emily Maitlis & Rachel Elnaugh for corporate IWD events this week  🎬 Entertainment add on's for a Snow White Screening event for our client 🎷 DJ Paul & Sax and bongo duo for an event at The Grove 📸 Our 360 video booth at Kia Oval this week 🎶 DJ Elliot was at Coya Mayfair last week providing music for our clients event  🇬🇧 British themed entertainment at Four Seasons London at Tower Bridge last week Corporate Hospitality News: ⚽️ Carabao Cup Finalists announced: Newcastle vs Liverpool on 16th March at Wembley 🏆 Vertu Trophy Final: Birmingham will face Peterborough at Wembley on 13th April 🎤 Beyonce announced 6 nights at Tottenham Hotspur 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 England beat Scotland in the Six Nations' Calcutta Cup for the first time in 5 years 🇪🇺 Champions League Round of 16 fixtures confirmed: Club Brugge v Aston Villa, PSV v Arsenal, PSG v Liverpool 🏉 England 2025 Autumn International fixtures confirmed – they will play against Australia, Fiji, New Zealand and Argentina at the Allianz Stadium in November.
