A really insightful day yesterday at the Mortgage Business Expo. Enagaging pannels, especially on AI supporting, not replacing, advice with Leah Brunskill expertly moderating David Smith, Alexis Rog and Kelly Bretherton. Overal takeaway from the day was brilliantly articulated by Rachael Hunnisett of April Mortgages "don't get caught sleep walking." The mortgages space, now more than ever, needs to support customers with better, more diversified and innovative options as well as getting more people on the property ladder.
