Awards Spotlight: Bainland Lodge Retreats APSS is a finalist for Design Consultant of the Year at the Lincolnshire Construction & Property Awards 2025! 🌟 Expansion of Bainland Lodge Retreats. We were approached by the family-run business to expand The Nest, its luxury restaurant and bar. The improvements included transforming an existing area into a private dining room and a snug, plus designing and installing a mezzanine floor to create additional space for the games lounge. Nick Rouse, Finance & Ops Director at Bainland said: "It has been a pleasure to work with the APSS team. We appreciate their friendly, patient approach to the challenge of a build project on a fully operational holiday park. These guys are professionals and that's why we have engaged with them on other major projects." Awards Spotlight: LEW Electrical Distributors APSS is a finalist for Development Project of the Year (Under £5m) at the Lincolnshire Construction & Property Awards 2025! 🌟 LEW Electrical Distributors Office Design and Fit Out. LEW required a new head office after outgrowing its existing space. They required more individual offices and meeting rooms as well as break out areas and a large canteen to create a better working environment for its staff that would provide for future requirements as well. Josh Johnson, Operations Director at LEW said: "Communication from APSS has been great throughout the process. We've had regular meetings through the design and finishes stage and regular updates from the project and site manager throughout the project. We definitely recommend APSS. We have a long-standing relationship with them and that is because they constantly deliver to expectation." Project throwback 🔙 Retail fit out with mezzanine floor and bespoke joinery for Staffan Tollgard (Tollgard Design Group). Following a 12-week build programme, the space came together exactly as envisioned. The store was filled with light and had a beautiful, polished concrete floor. The mezzanine space housed their design teams so they could offer retail and trade clients a comprehensive interior design service under one roof, in the heart of British design.
