Ardent Credit Services Ltd, a Phillips & Cohen Associates Company, has been shortlisted for this year’s Lending Awards in the Debt Servicing Excellence category for its forward-thinking approach to promoting accessibility and inclusivity in digital collections. Not only has Ardent undertaken major investment in its digital collection platforms to improve accessibility for customers with disabilities, resulting in WCAG AA 2.1 certification, but it is also one of the few organisations of its kind to be accredited to ISO:22458 (Consumer Vulnerability). Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ltd. has also been shortlisted in partnership with Nationwide Building Society in both the Innovation and Gamechanger Award categories for the Lending Awards.
