Through digital capabilities and traditional collection methods Ardent delivers a tailored approach to collections with 70% of all payment transactions now digitally self-served. Developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI), the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines or WCAG is an internationally recognised standard that makes digital services, websites and apps accessible to everyone, including users with impairments to their: · Vision - sight impaired (blind or partially sighted) or colour blind; · Hearing - deaf or hard of hearing; · Mobility - difficulty with using a mouse or keyboard; · Thinking / Understanding - dyslexia, autism or learning difficulties This new standard adds to Ardent’s established systems under ISO 22458:2022 (consumer vulnerability) ISO 27001 (Information Security) and ISO 9001 (Quality Management) standards to ensure that all aspects of our service delivery are representative of best practice and continue to provide good customer outcomes and strong delivery of results for our clients.
