I am beyond excited and immensely proud to finally announce the launch of Verso, a community driven by one clear mission: improving the mental wellbeing of salespeople. Sales is hard. The relentless pressure to perform, hit targets, and stay ahead in a fiercely competitive field can seriously impact mental health. I’ve seen it, I’ve lived it, and I know firsthand how exhausting it can be. That’s exactly why I felt compelled to create Verso—to carve out a space where sales professionals can prioritize their wellbeing without compromising ambition or success. This journey has been deeply personal for me. After years in sales, experiencing its highs and lows, I knew there had to be a better way—a way to drive change and build awareness around mental health in sales. It’s been my dream to support this incredible community of salespeople who give so much, often at the expense of their own mental health. Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to meet two amazing people, Harry Corin and Amanda Nutt, who share my passion for wellbeing. Together, we built Verso to create a community and break the taboo around mental health in sales. We’re committed to making these conversations not only normal but necessary, so that wellbeing is openly discussed and fully supported. At Verso, the focus is on practical support, mindfulness, and mental resilience—key elements for a healthier, more sustainable approach to sales.
