Here at Aspectus one of our core attributes is curiosity – it's what keeps us driving to push the boundaries and deliver the very best results for our clients. That’s why every year we ask our clients what they want and how they think we are doing. It’s a virtuous circle that is critical to our growth.   This year, our Chief Client Strategy Officer Ellie Jackson analysed this feedback as part of our ongoing evolution as an agency and found that as the landscape of marketing continues to evolve, clients in 2024 are placing a premium on agencies that can proactively anticipate their needs, offer creative solutions, and have deep sector knowledge.   You can read more about what we found, what we are doing and what we will do in her latest blog: https://lnkd.in/eF8Gj6te

Businesses around the world are developing or have developed plans for the transition to a more sustainable and equitable economy – but effectively communicating these efforts to stakeholders is proving challenging.    Our research shows that when it comes to ESG – a combination of a lack of confidence and knowledge has resulted in 39% of comms professionals promoting messages that they feel are either unjustified or inappropriate.     The risk of inadvertent greenwashing is real. New regulations brought in to mitigate the challenge will go some way to address this but until communications professionals are adequately supported, the likelihood is that this will remain a major challenge.    You can read more about this and other findings in our latest ESG comms report: https://lnkd.in/eQYxaZyF
