Marina Gaze has 25 years of experience inspecting all aspects of the further education and skills remit. During her time as Ofsted’s Deputy Director for Further Education and Skills, she was responsible for inspection policy and methodology, leading the development of the 2015 Common Inspection Framework. She helps governors define their priorities and focus their efforts for maximum impact. She ensures that the information provided to governors is clear and accurate, enabling them to effectively measure progress while supporting leaders and holding them accountable.
