#Employers - you can now access updated guidance on hosting a T Level student on industry placement. The updates will help to grow the number of high-quality placements employers and providers can offer, with some of the main changes including making industry placements more flexible and allowing some of the industry placement to happen remotely. #Employers - did you know you can develop your workforce with #TLevels? Hosting a T Level student on industry placement means you can give your existing staff the chance to gain management and mentoring skills. Keira Wilkinson, Training and Development Administrator at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust, was studying an apprenticeship in Business and Administration when she became a T Level mentor. She said: "I finished my apprenticeship at the start of 2024, but without this mentoring experience I feel I would have struggled with my coaching module.” Christine Ramsden, Head of Learning, said: "It’s been a really valuable experience for everyone involved, and I’m looking forward to developing the programme further. “T Levels are a great way of building the NHS of the future, not just for clinical staff, but all NHS staff."
