Our Group & Central office team have been unleashing their creativity for our pumpkin carving contest today🎃 We had some fantastic entries from house-themed creations to scary faces! In first place was Lewis S., Group Senior Marketing Executive with his haunted house design and in second place Nicola Brough, Purchase Ledger Administrator, with her scary teeth design!

Congratulations to Ashley Greenwood, Assistant Site Manager at Avant Homes West Yorkshire for completing the Yorkshire Marathon wearing a 20kg weighted vest 🏃 Ashely ran alongside his friends to raise money for Barnsley Hospital Neonatal Unit, in aid of his friends son who was born premature. We are pleased to have secured our first deal with WDH (Wakefield District Housing) to deliver 118 new homes across two of our developments in South Yorkshire. We will deliver the homes at Eden Fields in Edenthorpe, Doncaster and Smithy Wood Gate in Dodworth, Barnsley as part of our ongoing multi-tenure strategy. Construction is well underway and we will hand over the first homes to WDH in Spring 2025, with all the homes expected to be completed by Spring 2028. We’re pleased to secure a second affordable housing deal with Walsall Housing Group (WHG). The deal is for the sale of 37 homes at our Pavilion Acres development in Walsall, West Midlands. The deal has seen us deliver nine 1 bedroom apartments, fourteen 2 bedroom homes and fourteen 3 bedroom homes which are due to complete from October 2024 - November 2025. These energy efficient homes will be made available for social rent and shared ownership, with the first handovers of the nine apartments scheduled for this month.
