Office & Lab Fit-Out for Brenntag: A Showcase of Excellence We're excited to share the successful completion of an extensive fit-out project for Brenntag, the world's largest chemical distributor. Avanta UK transformed 4,402 sq. ft. on the ground floor of Lawnswood House into a state-of-the-art office and laboratory space for Brenntag's Food and Nutrition Division. This project complements Brenntag's existing spaces at Alpha House and Alexandra House, all fitted out by Avanta UK. Key highlights include: *New services added to the building *Comprehensive M&E fit-out with HVAC, power, and data points *DDA-compliant toilets and washrooms *Staff welfare facilities including lockers, changing rooms, and tea points *Partition walls for test kitchens, laboratories, and breakout areas *Full-height glass partitions with crittall glaze-inspired trims *Bespoke kitchens for sweet, savory, and client presentations *Collaboration room for stakeholder communication *Various flooring types, including Karndean, duragrip vinyl, and carpet tiles *Suspended ceilings throughout *Acoustic wall in the reception area *Consistent office furniture design *Paxton access security on all doors Avanta UK acted as Principal Contractor, managing all health and safety aspects, site security, and coordination of multiple trades. The 16-week programme was completed on time and within budget, showcasing our ability to deliver high-quality, innovative workspaces. 🚀 Transforming Spaces: Avanta UK & Next Plc Collaboration 🚀 We're thrilled to share the successful completion of a comprehensive project for Next Plc! Avanta UK transformed a section of the Dearne Valley Pallet Warehouse into a 9,000 sq. ft. retail staff shop, featuring an office, changing room, secure storage, and a staff break-out space.
