Our CBO Robin Cohen is in India, as part of an Innovate UK Global Expert Mission to focus on potential markets for collaboration in antimicrobial resistance (AMR). He spoke at the International Conclave on AMR, where he discussed the opportunity for UK #innovation to collaborate with India’s considerable R&D and manufacturing capacity to address the threat of AMR. Reducing barriers to #vaccine delivery plays a key role. Our needle-free #vaccine solid dose formulation technology has the potential to reduce the need for cold chain storage thereby improving access to vaccines for communities around the world. Next month, our CBO Robin Cohen will be travelling from our HQ in Milton Park (Oxfordshire) to India, as part of an Innovate UK Global Expert Mission to focus on potential markets for collaboration in antimicrobial resistance (AMR). #AMR is a global slow pandemic where better access to vaccination could make a difference. Vaccines play an important role in reducing reliance on antibiotics. Reducing disease in both humans and animals helps reduce infections which are often treated with antibiotics.
