We help franchise businesses digitalise their processes to make the business run more efficiently

About us

We provide Franchise Information Management Software for Franchise Networks. Our main product is used by over 50 franchise networks in the UK and internationally For many franchisors, clear visibility of their franchisees’ activities is very difficult, if not impossible. How useful would it be to be able to answer the following questions at a click of a button? • How many leads did a franchisee get this week? • How many leads have been converted this month? • What revenue has a franchisee booked so far this month? • What Royalties or MSF is due to me? Without access to information about the franchisees’ activities, it is very difficult to manage your network effectively – because you don’t have all the information. Azura is a revolutionary system which allows you to see this information, whilst (and this is most important) providing tools that make life easier for your franchisees so that they want to use the system – and hence provide the information you need. Its modular nature means that our system implementations are very cost effective, because you are not paying for the parts of a system that you are not using.

It is that time of the month when the Bank of England Small Business Panel monthly results are revealed and the first post the General Election. Azura Group contributes to the findings with each set of survey questions. As usual here are the key findings - Firms' annual price growth fell to 4.0% in the three months to August, down from 4.3% in the three months to July. - Expectations for CPI inflation a year ahead remained unchanged and is now little difference to firms’ CPI expectations three years ahead. - Firms expect their own-price inflation to fall by around 0.4 percentage points over the next year based on three-month averages. - Expected year-ahead wage growth remains unchanged from July, at 4.1%. - Average interest rates are expected to decline by 0.9 percentage points over the year ahead, on a three-month average basis. As with recent results, the figures are generally positive for the UK and I hope that trend continues as we head towards the end of the year. #bankofengland #economicoutlook #franchising

This year is really flying by and who would have known without checking that it's time to reveal the Bank of England's latest Small Business Panel findings. Alongside their base rate cut from 5.25% to 5% today - the first time there has been a drop since March 2020 - here are the latest results: • Firms’ annual own-price growth fell to 4.2% in the three months to July, down from 4.6% in the three months to June. • Expectations for year-ahead own-price inflation fell by 0.2 percentage points to 3.7% in the three months to July. CPI expectations one year from now fell from 2.9% to 2.7% based on three-month averages for the same period. • The falls in inflation expectations continue the recent trend of steady decline. Firms expect their own-price inflation to fall by around 0.5 percentage points over the next year based on three-month averages. • Annual wage growth was reported to be 5.9% in the three months to July, with expected year-ahead wage growth falling from 4.2% to 4.1%, meaning that firms expect wage growth to decline by 1.8 percentage points in the coming year. • The average interest rate firms reported paying on their borrowing was 6.8% in the three months to July, and this is expected to decline to 5.9% over the year ahead on a three-month average basis.  On this last point, part of that should become reality to a degree with the base rate cut today. #economics #baserate #statistics

It's nice to see that our Chairman Simon Pullum has not lost his sense of humour in his latest health update! https://lnkd.in/eM_qFpFU

I know my circumstances have changed, but if you'd have said I'd be uttering the phrase "I'm really looking forward to getting my wheelchair tomorrow" I'd have asked what they were smoking. But I am, because it's the first steps to me gaining my independence again. Live your best life - all the best Simon

An Update on the health of our Founder & Chairman Simon Pullum in his own words. https://lnkd.in/eq8QCeXF

I just wanted to thank everyone for all the kind words, thoughts and prayers that everyone has sent me since the news of my amputation last week. I always knew the Franchise sector was an fantastic community to work in and that has really shown itself to be true over this last week, so a very big thank you to everyone for the support I've received The news about my aneurism and subsequent need for amputation was certainly not how I was expecting last week to turn out. But that's actually a good reminder to us all that there is uncertainty in life and we need to be being our 'best' selves because we never know what's round the corner. Clearly I wasn't as fit, healthy or indestructible as I thought was. Although, maybe I can still argue that. Despite the loss of my leg, I am still fit and healthy (possibly more so now that all the clots have been removed) and I'm still here - so maybe I am still a bit indestructible 😉 What I do know, though, is that life is going to be a bit different for me, but that also brings new opportunities too and makes you think of things you'd never considered before, so the outlook is good. I fully intend to be independently mobile as soon as I can be and I still intend to be at the bfa conference later this year, so hopefully I'll see many of you there if not before. So, thank you again, for all the kind words, thoughts and prayers. Take care everyone and all the best

ANNOUNCEMENT!! It is with great sadness that we have some news regarding our founder and Chairman, Simon Pullum. On Monday morning he had some significant pain around his left knee and went to A&E. After the investigation they found that the cause of the pain was a severe blood clot. They undertook some investigative surgery but were unable to cure the problem. The decision was to take the necessary action of amputating the limb and today he is undergoing that procedure. At this stage, we do not know whether it is above or below the joint but he is of course in the best hands for that decision and for his aftercare. Despite the situation Simon is being very positive and we will of course provide further news when it is available. All of the staff here at Azura Group and Franchise Brands plc wish him well for the operation and a speedy recovery.
