We’re so pleased to welcome 40 new graduates to our September intake, and the celebrations don’t stop there... At the start of November, 4 more graduates will join, bringing our 2024 Graduate Programme total to 44. 👏   Our graduates kicked off their BW adventure this week with an induction training session in Birmingham, including a remote session with Andrew Vaughan, Senior Partner. This session offered a thorough overview of BW, valuable insights into our business, and a chance for Andrew to share his wisdom with the new graduates. 💭 They’ll now be heading to their respective offices for further training. The induction is a blend of learning about BW’s diverse business areas, mastering our systems, and time to socialise and bond with each other. 👨👩👧     Andrew Vaughan, Senior Partner at BW commented: “We’re delighted to welcome our new graduates this year as they begin their careers with us. This investment in diverse and talented individuals is important for our growth, and we look forward to supporting each of them on a long and successful journey with our BW team.”   Gemma Lucia, Early Careers Advisor at BW said: “It is absolutely wonderful to welcome our 2024 cohort of graduates to BW. It has been a pleasure being part of this journey, throughout the recruitment process to welcoming everyone joining us today. We wish you a long and fulfilling and rewarding career here with us.”

We’re proud to have been partnered with upReach since December 2022, supporting students from less advantaged backgrounds.   We were recently asked to host their Professional Services Academy at our Birmingham office. Bringing together UpReach Associates, industry partners and BW volunteers, the day included an industry insight panel, followed by a professional services careers fair and networking lunch. In the afternoon, attendees rotated between various interactive workshops, including: 💼 preparing for an interview 🗨️ presentation skills 👨👩👧 preparing for a group exercise 🏢 an office tour with a Q&A session   BW’s Early Careers Network Lead, Chris Binns, said: “We are incredibly proud to partner with UpReach and to host their flagship event. Supporting talented students from all backgrounds is core to our values. We believe that by providing guidance and creating opportunities, we can help shape a more inclusive future for our industry and beyond."   We extend a massive thank you to our Birmingham team for their support in organising this truly memorable event.   #careerdevelopment #inclusion
