Really pleased to see this project well into it's build phase. We took this design through the NPPF paragraph 84 process and achieved the high standard of excellent design. It was designed to sit into the landscape and capture the views of the Caradoc and Lawley hills. These projects open up sites that would ordinarily not be considered under normal planning policy. We have been working on this 2-storey wrap around extension to enhance the living space of this already fabulous home. The new extension is a contemporary contrast to the red brick existing property and will provide an open-plan dining/entertaining area, games room, gym, and upstairs, an additional bedroom suite. The roof has been specifically designed to reflect the character and form of the main house. The scale of the build ensures the extension is subservient but also sizeable to avoid it feeling like an alien addition to the property. We love how this is looking!
