We carried out refresher management training with Mark Clarke on Friday 7th March at Weetwood Hall Estate in Leeds. Work continues with Five Rise Contractorsat at a Hill Rise, Pool Bank site. Photos highlight a completed scaffold for our client. This is a loading bay with triple handrail edge protection to the rear low level roof for repairs to the skylights. Always good to see the progress and final images to highlight the hard work that has gone into the clean up of this listed building that has been worked on alongside Quadriga Contracts Ltd. The weeks fly by, employees work, sites are worked on and works completed, new contracts won, existing relationships managed, back office activity runs and continuous revision of standards and qualifications of staff are completed... Just the usual activity that happens, without any question >>> this creates our delivery and success as a company, the very thing we pride ourselves on. The attached image is of the Safety & Access Ltd training centre in Nottingham where our very own Sean Stephenson Operations Manager - Beejay Scaffolding Ltd and Jason Milner completed 2 days to renew their Supervision/Management Qualifications. This provided the opportunity not only to refresh skills, but to meet a good bunch of guys from various counties across the country including Rich Fieldhouse of Burflex (Scaffolding) Ltd who attended the same training. It is always helpful to listen to other peoples shares and connect on similar challenges and achievements in the industry.
