You have seen the interior, now check out our exterior scaffolding at Plymouth Guildhall. Boarded and netted, this scaffolding to the building's rear is ensuring essential access for ongoing regeneration and maintenance works. A huge well done to all the JEM team working on this extensive project.

Did you know that our internal scaffolding at Plymouth's Guildhall features over 75,000 feet of tubing, 18,500 fittings, and 2,000 scaffold boards! This extensive setup is crucial to ensuring contractors can safely carry out essential upgrades and regeneration work on the iconic Great Hall's ceilings. We're incredibly proud to be working with TEC Construction Ltd on this monumental project!

The JEM team was in North Devon earlier this week, completing scaffolding at two residential properties in preparation for solar panel installations. Working as part of LiveWest's energy-saving project, we're proud to support the transition to more sustainable homes with our scaffolding solutions!

A fantastic project to wrap up the week! The JEM team successfully completed a full front and back scaffold construction on this stunning building along Plymouth’s West Hoe waterfront. Despite facing tough weather conditions, our team pushed through to get the job done efficiently and on time. Great work, team JEM! 

We’re seeing a significant increase in scaffolding requests as more projects incorporate sustainable energy solutions. From solar PV panel installations to energy-efficient roofing upgrades, scaffolding plays a crucial role for works at height. This recent project in Devon was set up to facilitate both roof replacement works and the installation of solar panels, ensuring safe and efficient access for all trades involved. Great to see the industry evolving, and we’re proud to be a part of it!

We always enjoy visiting site to check in on some of our projects, including this recent extensive set-up for our valued client, Ian Williams Ltd This scaffold at a residential block - complete with our signature 'JEM blue' safety netting - was expertly constructed to ensure the safe completion of building repairs and external decoration.
